We booked this all inclusive holiday last minute and to be honest we didn't know quite what to expect. However we needn't have worried as it turned out to be one of the best holidays we have ever had. We received a wonderful welcome on our arrival and were given a meal despite dinner being over. Our One bedroom suite was spotless. There was a good variety of food which was delicious and matches food we have had in 5 star hotels. Thank you chef.
Even though we were there the last week of the season and shops and hotels were closing we still could not fault the service that we received. On the day we were leaving which was the day the hotel was closing for the season we were allowed to keep our room free of charge up until 2 hours before we left in the evening. When we went to hand key in we discovered we were the last to leave. The hotel receptionist told us that we were invited to join the owner and staff at their get together for the end of season. Those last two hours of our holiday have given myself and my husband memories that we will never forget and that are priceless.
What lovely people and what a lovely hotel.
We will definitely be going back and have no hesitation in recommending the blue Aegean to all other guests.

This is a lovely little complex, very friendly & self contained. The blocks are arranged around a lovely pool with the bar overlooking the water at one end. Being an Aparthotel, it has a reception and dining area as well as very comfortable areas to wait for late flights, etc.
Very clean and close to a lovely beach I can't fault it at all.
The staff were very kind and helpful as I took my 82 year old mother on holiday & nothing was too much for them.
I would go to these apartments again, but wasn't so keen on Gouves itself.

The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The owner who is from Wales is called Sue was very helpful with any needs we required such as travelling around the resort, directions and advice about neighbouring towns.
The hotel itself does have regular theme nights and do make every effort to make it enjoyable for all and it usually is. There is a family friendly swimming pool with a smaller toddlers pool that is about 1/2 metre deep. I would recommend this hotel to more or less any age group as they do try to cater for everyones needs and anything you require they will try their best.
The only criticism I do have is the price of the drinks in the bar, for example, a local beer is 3.10 euros where in the main town they are usually around 2.00 to 2.50 euros. This also applies to spirits & cocktails. It may not seem much but over the course of a 2 week holiday it does add up and where I have stayed before on Greek islands the accomadations bar prices have ususally been on par with the resots bars & tavernas.
However they do have a "Happy Hour" at varied times each day where drinks are 1/2 price.
