We arrived at our hotel at 2am the room was unacceptable and thanks to the wonderful staff at Despo we were moved to their sister hotel at Kalia beach the following morning. We never saw our rep carol at all during our 7 nights stay in Crete, untill we returned to Despo for our return transfer to Heraklion airport. She then asked us to fill in a questionaire about our holiday and blamed the Hotel staff at Despo for not knowing where we had been all week surly if you have 4 holiday maker's missing from your hotel it's up to her to find out where they are and to check if they are safe. we find this totally unacceptable of the rep ( Carol ) Thank goodness for the excellent Staff at Despo (Kathrine) Especially who made sure we were happy and safe !
