Not only last year both in May and September my husband and I have visited Kastalia for 27 years ( since they opened)
and love every minute - the rooms are clean , the family and staff friendly and helpful, the Taverna in the area excellent and buses available to Chania and other places of beauty, as are taxis
The swimming pools are clean and the gardens are kept so well -with trees and flowers .The staff are available at all times and the barman Minas is a character and lovely to everybody.The food at the bar is fresh and well presented and breakfast is available to everyone including those on self-catering.
We meet up with friends we have made there from all countries each year as they too always return to Kastalia
I have introduced the rest of my family and they too think it excellent value - and we will be there again this year
