This hotel is effectively run as one hotel with the Iberostar Creta Mare, so please read my report on the Creta Mare hotel to find out more about the Creta Panorama (I didn't want to type the whole lot again !).

We like All Inclusive holidays and this hotel is certainly worthy of it's 4 stars.
We paid for a sea view and had a lovely room to the front of the hotel. The rooms at the rear also have a sea view and also overlook the main pool area. We celebrated our wedding anniversary on our arrival day and a bouquet of flowers had been left in our room to greet us,(I had arranged this via E-Mail). Later we were given a scrumptious cake and a bottle of Champagne in our room....Thank You Iberostar!
The staff in this hotel are so hard working and the Lobby Bar staff have a great sense of humour. The chambermaids did a great job and we had clean towels every day and the bedlinen was changed every third day.
The animation team also worked hard through the day and continued their efforts through the evening.
The food was excellent with plenty of choice and served in a very pleasant restaurant which was mainly non-smoking. Guests could also eat outside and take in the great sea view and setting sun at dinner.
The hotel is set in well tended gardens alongside the ocean and we took many a stroll after our meals to work off some of the calories!
We would certainly recommend the Creta Panorama to both couples and families alike. It rates as one of the best hotels we have visited.

Having taken holidays in Greece for the last twenty years, nearly always self catering it was decided to give an all inclusive a go.
This is an excellent hotel, brilliant food that seem to be served at all hours of the day with snacks in between. There is something for everyone and you can eat as much as you want.
The staff were great, efficient and friendly at all times. Beer was on tap on a serve yourself basis which is great for the "beer monsters" amongst us.
Wine is self service also!
The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The setting of the hotel is fabulous on a hill overlooking the sea. There are five pools laid into beautifully landscaped and well cared for gardens.
The only downside is the distance from other beaches or Rethymnyon. You can get a bus but car hire gives you the chance to explore, that is if you can drag yourself away from the hotel. Nearby Bali village is lovely, its little unspoilt beaches are well worth a visit for the day
Overall: Highly recommended.
