An enjoyable holiday for my family. This hotel is family run with very pleasant staff, the poolbar is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun, the pool itself is exceptionally clean as was the pool area, food and drinks are served all day and the sunday bbq is a real must the food is of excellent quality it also gives you chance to meet the other residents at the hotel.
A 2 minute walk takes you to the local super market and a further 5 minutes takes you to Sissi town where the local people are very friendly. Easy access to bus stops and taxi's if you wish to venture out to soak up the breath taking views of Crete so all in all A1 hotel and service and a lovely holiday in Sissi will definatley return.

I went on holiday with my mum, dad and brother. The duration of our holiday was for two weeks, but i would have happily stayed longer. The maid service was every two days, but she didn't come on a sunday. However, when she did come, she paid alot of attention to places where cleaners normally didnt clean...ie:-under the beds! She was very friendly and always asked how we were and if we were having a good time. Me and my family went self-catering, but we did eat at the hotel bar once, on the last day, which was situated at the pool. The food, I must say, was AMAZING. There is no other way to put it. The hotel was put in a very conveniant location, near everything. If you walk to your left, after you exit the hotel, you will be walking towards all the shops, which are about two minutes away. If you walk to your right, you will be walking towards the beach. That is about five minutes away. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, always asked if you were having a nice time, and smiled politely at you. There wasnt much entertainment, except from the pool bar being open till about 10pm and the bbq that they hosted the sunday after we arrived. I would DEFINATELY visit here again.

The hotel and the staff were lovley, but whatever you do dont feed the cats they will keep you up all night.
