The hotel is very close to all the amenities shops/restaurants/beach .The rooms are cleaned regularly to an acceptable standard and the towels are the whitest and softest we have ever had whilst holidaying in Greece. BUT out of approx 200 rooms in the Ioli Village I would say only approx 6 rooms were allocated to English guests the rest were mainly of Serbian origin.
The pool entertainment didn't amount to very much but was mainly concentrated towards the Serbian guests anyway so we didn't venture there. There is building work going on directly beside the apartments. The cement mixer will wake you up at 8 o'clock in the morning
The beds make so much noise you cant even sit on them. You hear everything - above you - below you -adjacent to you - it makes you paranoid-
I would not visit this hotel again as the reasons I have given are just too numerous.

The Hotel is situated on a back road of the resort of Pefkohori. It is split into 2 blocks, one L shaped and one in a rectangle which are both 3 storeys high, if you are on the top level go careful with bringing down luggage as it can be quite exhausting :)
The room we stayed in was very clean, and very spacious, we were on the top floor and had good views over the back of the complex and pool area. Our room was cleaned every day.
The pool area was kept clean, and looked well maintained, also there is a pool bar that sells snacks from 11:00am till 5:00pm roundabouts and sells drinks, which are quite well priced considering. But get here early as the sun beds soon fill up.
Anna is Greece's version of Sharon Osbourne, she is really great and makes you feel extremely welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out.
There is an on site shop, but this is a little on the expensive side so I would recommend you venturing out to get better deals on food etc. The bar does a breakfast, and there are also bingo nights and what not at the bar if you don't feel like going far.

Hotel was very basic but clean, bit musty smelling in the bedroom and had terrible view of a brick wall, not very big with basic kitchen essentials, had meal round the outside pool was good but nothing special.
The location was good about 10 minutes walk into resort and beach.
Found the staff very polite and friendly. There was no entertainment but there was a bar with English programmes showing.
I would visit again as Halkidiki is beautiful.
