Fine if you want to go out all night every night.
If you're expecting to go any trips or sightseeing which requires a decent nights sleep before forget it.
Lots of kids about who never failed to wake the whole place up at 4am every morning, despite the reported no noise policy?? Hired a car and went diving etc but these were a little wasted due to lack of sleep.
Apartments well kept outside, but ancient inside the rooms, original furniture and antique radio system built onto wall still there from previous incarnation from Karliates Hotel or something, very tatty. Rooms only cleaned twice a week but thats a tuesday and a friday for whatever reason. We went on a wednesday so our room was only cleaned 3 times in 2 weeks! Not ideal witha bin full of loo paper and sweaty bed sheets. Pool and bar is good though, decent location in what appears to be a slightly more run down area of town where a lot of things have shut down due to the downturn in visitors, - only good points!
Some may say well you get what you pay for but trust me I've paid similar money for similar standard elsewhere in Greece and they've been far better. Maybe should've went to Venezia but thought it was a bit far out of town?

Billy's studios is a fantastic place to go in Faliraki. The staff are all lovely and make you feel very welcome. The family who run the studios really make an effort to ensure you have a great holiday. The family doesn't like people making too much noise at night time though which means you can get a goods night sleep.
The studios are basic but very clean. For 2/3 people the rooms are more than adequate.
Fantastic place to stay.

What can I say " the party is here " that`s all you here the boss say, the most friendly people I have ever encountered in a holiday environment.
Nothing to much trouble and open 24 hours ( the bar )
Enough out of the way to be away from the noise of Faliraki but close enough to amble on up there and get leathered.
Across the dirt track and past the scrap Red Capri lies the main road to Club and bar street which is 15 Min's away at the most.
Just over the main road past the dirt track are some shops and 2 brilliant restaurants one is called Zorba`s but can`t remember the other one and that`s where we ate every night.
Soup T.bone steak and a sweet for 10 euros you can`t beat that for the size of the portions.
Booked again for end of August 2007 and 11 of us are going so look out Billys and get plenty of Budweiser in.
