The hotel was very clean and there allways seemed to be someone cleaning.

The food was varied and very nice.

The location was very good and suited our needs.

The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you.

The entertainment was excellent as so were the entertainment staff.

I would definitley come back to this hotel. We had a great time.

Very enjoyable holiday Food was available throughout the day, the lunch time options were huge including BBQ and Chinese.

The evening menu was varied and interesting with vegetarian options. There were a number of options for breakfast from continental to healthy and full English.

The hotel is large and busy and you do need to be up early to nab a sunbed but unless you can find a hotel without Germans I guess it is just a fact of life.

The room was clean with just enough room to swing a cat once you had three beds in it.

The room was cleaned every day and the bedding changed regularly. The staff were friendly efficient and polite. The water activities at the beach were great. The pools were good although freezing I felt the pool areas could have been cleaned more often.

Would definitely return and use the Louis group again.

We stayed here in July 06 for 2 weeks and found the rooms to be ok but a bit small for family.

The food was good but was only warm not hot, the beach was filthy fag ends and nappies left lying, the location of the hotel was central for the beach and local amenieties.

Staff were ace but anti English but change attituted when the find out we were Scottish, the management were a disgrace, made no effort to resolve complaints.

Entertainment was excellent, every night there was some thing to do.

We will go back to Rhodes but not this hotel.

This hotel has over 600 rooms and seven floors. The cleanliness of the hotel is fair.

There was a good selection of food during the day but the evening meals were repetitive and the two dinning halls unable to cope when the hotel was apparently full. This meant that you had to arrive early for breakfast(8am)and evening meals(6.30pm)or face empty serving dishes, queues and a lack of tables.

The lifts are a nightmare. 3 very small lifts only officially holding 4 people but in practise anything up to 7 with luggage and blown up lilos. This created long waits for lifts that were constantly over crowded and hot.

Location is good. Easy access to Rhodes town and Faliraki.

Hotel staff seemed over worked and under extreme pressure. There was a great lack of communication. On our last day reception staff promised changing rooms to a number of guests leaving that evening only to be informed there were no rooms and could we go and change and shower in the gym or on the beach!!

Like the lifts the sunbeds are also a nightmare. To be able to get a sunbed around the two pools you have to be an early riser 6am or no sunbed!

The entertainment at night was designed for children and again repetitive.

I would not return to this hotel but would return to Rhodes.

The food at this Hotel is the same each day for breakfast and for lunch. The evening meals vary only slightly.

I had to get up at 5:30 every morning to be at the pool for 5:45 in an effort to secure a sunbed.

The lifts are too small and the hotel in general needs a face lift.

This hotel is under new management but still retains a lot of its old Germanic customers who seemed to think they had more rights to the amenities than anyone else.

Kalithea Spa is a 15 minute walk away, and the hotel is ideally situated for trips into Faliraki, Rhodes old town or even Lindos. However there are some much nicer looking hotels in the same area.

Seen as much of Rhodes as I think I need to, with perhaps the exception of Lindos, so in all probability I would not return. I certainly wouldn't return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel - directly on the beach (sandy/pebbled - you can buy diving shoes quote cheap in the supermarket) - originally booked side sea views and on checking in were given 2 sea views rooms 7th floor - great views of pools/beach and sea. Rooms were spotless and fully air conditioned - any problems which occured were swiftly sorted out a.s.a.p. Fridges availble in the rooms - enough to keep snacks and a few drinks/water.

Food was great - good choice - couldnt fault as there was a great choice - indoor restaurant (breakfast/lunch and dinner) - beach restaurant - for bbqs - held 3-4 times a week - another restaurant with outdoor seated area for the lunchtime period - and indoor snack bar for afternoons teas/cakes and biscuits. catered extremely well for all aged clientelle.

Drinks were available from 10am through till 12am in one of the 3 pool bars and the main indoor bar area. You have to pay for all drinks after 12 at night. Bottled water available in the hotel supermarket for approx - 0.65 cents - if you buy it in the hotels main bar they will charge 1.50 euros.

Location of the hotel is okay if you want to get away from it all - the nearest shops are a good 5-10 min walk away. There is a waterpark about 5 euros in a cab - dont even try and attempt the walk - it is uphill all the way to it - you have been warned...!

Staff in the hotel couldnt have done anymore for us iof they tried - they bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The entertainment was okay - different stage acts outdoors every single day of the night. The only thing that made the entertainment was the team that kept everyone busy with different activites during the day. They were an extremely lively young people who will get everyone involved - whether it was day or nighttime - always with a smile on their face.

I would 110% definately go back to this hotel again - but for a longer period - 10-14 nights - couldnt really fault it at all.

We stayed at Louis Colossos Beach in Sept 05 for 2 weeks all inclusive. Booked the flight and hotel separately, got a taxi from airport to hotel for 15 euros, checked in without any problems, got our wristbands and headed to our room.

Room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of storage space and 2 wardrobes and dressing table, beds very comfortable.

The hotel was very clean and loads of seating areas.

The food was fantastic, I am a very fussy eater and normally lucky to find a choice of 2 things to eat but there was at least 4 different meats, 1 or 2 fish dishes, vegetarian options, at night the restaurant is open 6.30 to 9.30. We normally went around 9 and we never saw any dish on the buffet half empty never mind empty, so you had the same choice at 6.30 as you did at 9.30. There is a good choice of food all day long, it would be very easy to come back a size bigger than you went. The drinks were very good and there was a good choice.

Staff were friendly and helpful, some of them really went out of their way for us, we never came across any unhelpful or rude staff.

There was quite a lot of Germans at the hotel when we were there, I would say about 70% German and 30% British.

The location of the hotel was great for us, there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance, where you can catch the bus and get to anywhere on the island. Also across the road from the entrance to the hotel is a taxi rank and all the taxi ranks that we saw have the price list on display so that you know the price before you get in. It is worth a trip on the bus at least once just to see how many people can be crammed onto one bus!

We all thoroughly enjoyed this holiday and we will return again in 2006, it is the 5th All Inc holiday and the food here was the best by far.

This hotel...well it was the nicest, friendliest ive ever been in..although the entertainment was very poor as it was near the end of the season they looked fed up and bored! The food was amazing, i tried lots of different food, the drinks, well you could tell it wasn't proper Malibu or Coca Cola but it helped to take your thirst away! All the staff was friendly, and the disco inside the hotel just topped it off! The music around the pool was great, english music what i love to hear but alot of strong language. the activities around the pool was very poor as the animation team NEVER joined in let alone explained what people had to do!
Oh the beach was very clean, sea very salty aswell as the pool! but other than that the hotel was grand.
