Our hotel room was not cleaned throughout our 1 week stay, only bins emptied. Towels only changed 3 times and they were tiny to say the least. The rooms were not the same as the photos taken on website, our room was tiny with no air conditioning (temperature 44 degrees daily). The shower cubicle was so small you couldnt shower properly even with the door open and flooding the bathroom!
No choice as to breakfast items. Limited only to what is on the board with no fresh fruit and breads like other hotels in Greece I have stayed in and absolutely no variation or flexibility. Unsure as to what you could actually have for breakfast as its not clear.
20 minute walk down a steep hill to nearest supermarket and a bit further to Faliraki. Had to walk on occasion when phone lines engaged for taxis and receptionist didnt want to keep trying instead we were just told no taxis.
Hotel staff mostly unfriendly and unhelpful.
Cannot comment on entertainment as we made sure we were out of the hotel as much as possible.

I stayed with my friends for two weeks, although the night life wasn't what I expected (very quiet) the hotel more than made up for it.
The food was brilliant and there 24/7 even when you come back very drunk.
The pool was always clean and plenty of room with lots of friendly people to talk to.
The rooms were awesome, clean with a comfy bed all you need and more.
The playground and footie 5 a side pitch was brill when a bit bored of sunbathing.
The entertainment in the bar was great we even got to sing happy birthday to Nicos, the lovely bar man.
All the staff were brilliant they couldn't have done more for us. Sid the flirty bar man who seemed to pop up every were even took us for a night out all on him to Champers bar (which is brill) and Liquid etc.
The hotel is slightly out of the town but after 2 weeks partying this is a good thing and taxi's a cheap enough and the staff order them for you.
All in all the holiday was good and I would definitely go back if just to see all the hotel staff again.

Me and 2 of my friends stopped in the Venezia the first 2 weeks of July.
The hotel is a bit out from the centre making it a hotel for everyone as the nightlife was close enough if you wanted it but not in your face 24/7....
The hotel its self was great with a 24 hour bar , and pizzas and snacks available all night long...during the day the pool bar is open and there is loads to choose from its all very reasonably priced and is gorgeous too!
The staff at the hotel were unreal...couldnt of asked for any more from them...infact I enjoyed my self so much at the Venezia I ended up stopping and working till the end of the season....
Faliraki is great place to visit and the Venezia makes it ideal to both young and old alike
I shall be returning this year so I hope to see some of you there!

Had a blinding week at Venezia. Hotel is great, very clean, maid comes in alot and cleans around you if your hungover in bed! Food at the pool was good, large portions for a reasonable price. It is situated up a very steep hill...to us a mountain! Walking down is ok its just the hike back up but there are plenty of taxis around.
The staff at Venezia are very friendly, they make sure you have a brilliant time, especially the Syd and Nicos! Watch out ladies, they`ll make out their shy but they aint!
Theres daytime and evening entertainment which is great, hosted by Ged usually. The best bit is the 24 hour bar, keeps you going after a nite out at the clubs!
We had such a great time that we`re going back in June 05 for 2 weeks!

I stayed here at the end of the season, was busier than what we thought it would be.
The hotel is great, but it's a bit off on the high side, as it's situated on a cliff.
Me and my mates are going back this year (as it's 2005) and cannot wait.
Oh yeh the manger of the hotel he is also great.

Had two great weeks stopping at this hotel. As I traveled with a child I thought the hotel would just be single groups, but I was shocked how the hotel was for everyone.
The self catering rooms were basic but they did have TV and a DVD player a fridge and kettle and just one ring, really needs a toaster. But how many times do you use them!
The staff were great, really friendly there is Sid, Nick Os, Ricky, Sally and little Mickey. Rick always tidying, never still. Sid a great lad likes the ladies but don
