After reading various reviews about the sunland we were very worried.. what we found was the best of both worlds the Sunland was quiet and private and when you wanted to liven up a bit you walked over the road to the blue bay
The food and conditions in both hotels was really nice... the only one thing we didn't really like was that there were hardly any English people which made it difficult for the children to mix and the kids club was strictly for the dutch !!!! however as the days went by all the Brits from both hotels seemed to congregate .

Lower rooms, (which tend to be saved for British), are like dungeons.
The food is repetitive, non Greek, and often cold.
Rooms were cleaned 6 days a week by the maids, who were some of the few members of staff who actually spoke.
Entertainment was dreadful, and not especially suited to families.
Will not return.

Rooms are cells.
Other guests complained about the stink. Our Air-con didn't work (Although we were offered a room change).
Food wasn't bad.
Hotel is ion the middle of nowhere - nearest money machine is a 20 minute walk, couple of restaurants outside the hotel, but it's not so nice.
