Hotels in Kiotari, Greece
2 of 3 hotels in Kiotari
The hotel is great, but do be aware it is not good for anyone with walking problems as there are many steps due to the hotel being built in a cliff, but anyone with no problems then this hotel offers everything for a perfect holiday. Its clean good food.
Try the main pool area rooms but first floor with balcony.

Very little in resort as expected. Beach good with watersports to try. Had what you need if staying all inclusive (supermarkets, car hire, etc) but not much else.
Need to get on bus (Lindos is close) or in car if want either typical Greek or full of nightlife.
We got what we expected so no complaints!

beach what beach! it is full of very large pebbles and there is no sand. you have to pay for drinks at the beach bar and the sun beds cost to.
there is no resort entertainment as you are out in the sticks the nearest to lindos costs 15 euros by taxi single fare.
the resort is fairly clean however it took four hous for staff to clean out poo in the baby pool.

The resort was mainly the 3 large hotels, a few shops and a couple of bars, when into one of the bars opposite the hotel one evening and it was lovely, looks nothing from the outside but inside it is beautifully laid out with very nice staff, has a disco most nights.
Beach is clean, but you will need good beach shoes as the shingle gets very very hot.
A few shops selling touristy stuff, but okay to spend an hour or so in

Kiotari is very quiet and there is nothing outside of the hotel to see or do. Lindos and Pefkos are only short bus journeys away and are well worth a visit.

the beach is lovely but very rocky which kills your feet and i mean kills the hotel is set on its own there is nothing near it but we knew that and had no intention in going out other than a day trip, rhodes town is lovely

Nothing much i kiotari because hotels all inclusive. However a good local bus service to lindos, pefkos and rhodes town. The beach is coarse sand/shingle. But the sea is lovely with lots of fish

The area of Kiotari is very remote, lindos is about 15mins by bus... you couldn't walk it.
The beach at kiotari is a sand shingle beach... more shingle than sand, well, stones. lol but they do have sunloungers for the hotel guests.
Rhodes itself has alot of history and if you can, see some of it, and falaraki has a great water park, we didn't go as my little fella hates the cold water, but people told us it's great fun for all ages.
You can also go to Marmaris (Turkey) for a day trip from rhodes town... it's only about 9miles from rhodes.
Enjoy your holiday!
Only stay in the kiotari area if you want a relaxing, family holiday and maybe do some excursions from tour operator as the buses are on GMT (greek maybe time, maybe they'll come, maybe they won't) and a taxi from kiotari to rhodes town is 47 euros one way!

We ventured outside the hotel a couple of times for walks but it was very hot and the roads are not really suitable for pushchairs, you are a bit isolated and we felt it was too hot for the children to catch a bus or taxi anywhere, but what we saw was very clean and quiet. The beach was shingle but we found a lovely sandy beach 15 mins walk out of the back of the hotel, left or right.
