we had our a villa with own private pool. it was terrific. much bigger than expected, with a large garden, and 2 patio areas with furniture. room was really lovely, although it still had teething probs - we couuldnt lock our patio door from day 3, and wasnt fixed when we left. Royal deluxe area offers a quieter place, and choice of dining.

Already posted earlier. Forgot to mention, this is great for families, especially the kids. It is an all british resort, so safety standards are better . The kids club was brilliant - enabling parents their own space. Plenty of nice pools which were never busy, even though it was may half term. Plenty of food, drink and nice too.
recommend this holiday, and am sure it will just get better and better, as they find their feet and get on top of the minor teething troubles.

1 WK Enjoyed by all 4 of us. (girls 7yrs.5yrs)
Husband and I wanted a place to entertain the gils but with higher food/accommodation standard than previously at these family resorts. In our deluxe family room we felt we did get this.
Club house chef excellent, evening 2 course meal only 2 choices but we love fish/seafood so suited us and all v nice. AI white wine that was palatable, at last!
We often fed girls early in buffet then watched the live 5 show ( childrens show) girls went to late (9.30-11pm) kids club we then ate at club house ( only open another 30min so collect buffet dessert early), then had drink in adult only bar. ( good range liquers, local brand but baileys/amaretto tasted same). Book late kids club early in day many turned away otherwise.
All enjoyed the Italian restaurant , club house closed sat book here instead if possible but early on or full. Girls watched the shows which it overlooks while we finished our meals. Suited all since shows children based which is what we expected and came for.
Gilrs ate at club house also and enjoyed but too few waitress meant long wait when restaurant busy, real shame. Ate all our breakfasts here esp good as we liked a lie in and this open till 11am.
We were lucky had sun in afternoon on our balcony, jacuzzi bath nice, had kettle/fridge but hotel doesnt stock. No instructions in room for anything, you have to pay 10 euro deposit at reception for dvd remote ( PS3 remote again no games/dvd so bring own.
swim up rooms looked nice but many in the shade so most unused. Personally worry about saftey of these with non swimmers.
If your safe is open you can save money by using 4 of your own AA batteries , Told by another couple when they paid 30 euros a man from reception came with 4 batteries, you chose your own code as usual.
Lots of hopefully teething problems, lack of sunbeds improved by delux area by mid week, more rings bought for lazy pool, still muddy lots of places. Hated the room door difficult to close.
Lack of staff and no day time bar in delux area not even water fountain real let down, annoyed many. self service here instead of the often unused since lots of bars in main lobby bar.
only 1 poor woman often got v grumpy at really busy daytime stage bar.
Stupid lack of toiletes, tiled floor in reception and kids dripping wet from pool, bad idea. Rumours kids urinating in pools.. 5 star hotel foolish design.
If above sorted out and you dont meant either dripping in insect reppellant if you are like me the unlucky few who attract these insects in droves then would happily return here.
