Our son got married on the 21st september 2007 at Lindian Village it was fantastic a wedding day and holiday to remember nothing was to much trouble. We did a lot of research into the Lindian Village and we knew it was going to be expensive for drinks etc but the hotel and its pool area is lovely. We had a greek buffet for the wedding breakfast and that was wonderful there was so much food and the waiter service was great topping our glasses up with wine and water. Our son and his now wife had a villa with pool for their honeymoon for one week that was pure luxury expensive but well worth the money. I cant praise this hotel enough I would recommend this place to anyone for either a holiday or wedding. Imagine clean towels twice a day clean bed linen everyday, complimentary water, fruit and wine in your room and that was just in a double suite in the villas you get so much more.I can't comment on the hotel entertainment because we caught taxis into pefkos and lardos every evening to meet up with other guests of the wedding party who were staying at other hotels there are so many places to eat in the other towns and they are very good and cheap. A taxi from the hotel to Lardos was 5 euros and to pefkos about 10 euros.

Our experiance at the Lindian Village wasn'st a good one. The location of the hotel isn't what it says in the brochure!
We were told it was a 10 minute walk to the town of Pefkos, It was more like a 2 hour walk! To get any where you have to catch a taxi as there is no hotel bus to take you anywhere. when we arrived at the hotel there was an a leaflet containing information about entertainment.
The on site night club was never open and none of the entertainment ever took place! The beach looks like a building site!
There were dirty plates left outside our room for about a week! We got married at the Lindian Village but we could't have the wedding where we wanted.
We where told that we would get an upgrade on our room on the wedding night, this didn't happen untill the day before we came home!
The village is so expensive! you have to pay 11 euros for a spirit and mixer and over 6 euro for a bottle of beer.

I have just returned from a 4 night work break and I must say that it is the best hotel I've stayed in for a long time.
The staff are helpful, the grounds are lovely and the food is great. I can't wait to return next year.
