This was a fantastic hotel run by a family, so it had the feel good factor about it. Nothing was any problem for them whatsoever. The food was good and drinks good as well. The location I thought I was going to have a problem with, as it is very close to the airport, but once the first plane has gone over, that's it you will be use to it. All though this was an all inclusive hotel the drinks stopped at 22:30 and from then on you had to pay for them, which we found not a problem at all.
There is no entertainment at this hotel and fro me that was bliss. I am not a fan of tacky entertainment and quite like the peace and quite. This is a nice quiet, great for families hotel and so we did not have any trouble that can be associated with youngsters running around smashed out of their faces. The pool is great and offers a lovely cool down from the melting heat. Gardens are kept nice and neat.
The beach, which is about 300 yards, is not brilliant and it can be a bit windy and rough, there are beds down there and a little bar, so drinks can be purchased from there. My opinion would be hire a car and visit the other side of the island it is fantastic scenery and places to visit would be Old town Rhodes, Lindos, Anthony Quinn Bay, Tsambika Bay, you will find the sea is much more calmer and less windy on the other side of the Island.
There are no real down sides to this particular place, my only little comment would be to repair a few things that will definitely niggle some people. Great place to visit and I would definitely recommend this particular hotel.
