The Anastasia are located in a delightful spot. In our opinion the best and most sedate part of the beach is on the doorstep. Not that any part of the glorious sandy beach gets crowded with the exception perhaps on Sundays when families from various parts of the island descend. The studios are typically Greek basic and simple. Our room had a fridge, ccoker, kettle and toaster but NO AIR CONDITIONING which was the one major disadvantage especially in the heat of July. The family owners were lovely and if you want a peaceful spot you could do a lot worse than stay here. it is at the western end of Golden Beach which means the next and slightly larger resort of Skala Potamis is easily accessible. The nearest mini market is about a 5 minute stroll. One aspect of this area which you need to be aware is the large number of wasps in evidence. We got stung 4 times, so come prepared!!
