Stayed in the Theo Apartments last September, really enjoyed the experience. The rooms are very basic & small luckily I was travelling alone another person in the room might have been a bit too tight.
Kitchen facilities were great kettle & toaster. I stayed the start of September and there was only one other couple there the first week. As already mentioned Hot water was a bit of a problem for showers the first week, just had to time it to have the shower before the gang upstairs.
Pool side food was lovely and the pool itself was fantastic lovely and clean best pool I have been to. The shop on site was closed but if you need milk or juice you can get it at the bar.
Ten mins walk to resort downhill on the way which is great but a bit of a track at 3.30am after a lot of mythos.

These apartments are very basic.
No air con so would be unbearable in the summer a good ten mins walk to the town.
Shop on site very expensive.

Had a nice holiday here at Soula/Theo. Jimmy (co-owner) is friendly and helpful.
The rooms were cleaned very well and were always spotless. We had a room on the ground floor where you can get 'visits' by cats! We had mum dad and six kittens!!!
The pool bars serves snacks during the day which are reasonably priced. The pool itself was nice, clean and had a diving board! It has its own bar for a drink or two before you go into the resort center for your evening meal and is usually open on you return.
As for entertainment, we always went into resort in the evenings, but now and again we had a few drinks at the bar and found it nice.
We liked the location here, not in the middle of things, but only a 15 minute stroll into the centre for all you bars and tavernas.
Would we stay here again? Maybe. Nothing wrong with the place, we just prefer to stay at the Potamitis studios just up the road. (Cant find a review for them)

Visited the Soula & Theo Studios in 2001. Would definitely recommend to other couples (I say couples because I believe that all studios are one bedroom, so no room for kids) Studios good size, with every one (even those on first floor) having own balcony looking out onto pool. Maid service was really good, every other day as I recall. Bar on site was quite small, though opened every night, also there is a poolside snack bar which is open in the day time. The weekly BBQ night is good value, a plateful of food and the locals's greek dancing as entertainment - though I did notice that the free glass of wine was left un-drunk by most people, this was due to the fact that it tasted rather like malt vinegar.
The only faults I had with the Soulas & Theo Studios was the severe lack of hot water (practically every morning the shower was freezing cold! also noted by other residents of the Soulas & Theos) and the fact that it is a good 10 minute trek (on a road) into the centre of Alikes/beach which can be a bit of a drag at the end of the night when a few cocktails have been consumed! Other than that the Soulas & Theos Studios was an excellent place to stay!
Oh yeah, with regards to the 'rep' - the Thompson holiday rep was no-where to be seen, other than arrival/departure, I think we spotted him twice in the entire 2 weeks, and that was in the resort centre rather than at the Studios!
Pool was fab! crystal clean water, spotlessly clean pool surround, and even had diving board.
