rooms very clean although a small problem with ants but a quick spray with mosquito repelent and we had no more problems. sink in bathroom would not drain away, front door was left open on two occasions after room was cleaned as doors are very hard to close but a quick word at reception and these problems were soon sorted out. Beautiful gardens, relaxing bar area although the pool is open to all and we found a few people from other hotels/appartments were using the pool and the same old problem of towels being put on sunbeds early in the morning then no one appearing untill after lunch.

The hotel was fantastic, this is the first time we've been to Zante and the first visit to the louros and it was tremendouse. we read a lot of reveiws before hand and decided to just make our own mind up and glad we did. the gardens and pool are imaculate and very inviting, the room was of pretty decent size, we paid extra for an upgrade though and our room was smaller than my parents who didnt pay any extra. the only bad thing i can say about the hotel is the cleaners who granted come in every day but didn't really clean, they changed the towels once twice in two weeks and hardley touched our bathroom, and a few occasions we came up and the bed wasn't made. we feel pretty sure its down to their lack of cleaning that we sharded our room with an ants nest. otherwise the rest of the staff and hotel was fantastic.

This is wa one of the best hotels we had stayed in. The room was fab and had plenty of room. Very claen and the maids came everyday although didn't change the towels everyday just every other day. The location was ok and quiet. The hotel staff were great. a bit disappointed with entertainment but we were made very welcome in other hotels near by.

First holiday to Greece, lovely Island.
Room quite small but very clean. Especially nice for couples as hardly any children. Preferred the beach towards Stanis Restaurant.
Weather was brilliant sunshine every day.
Would definately stay here again.
Food and service at the bar really nice and good value.
Loved watching the planes no worries about the noise.

Stunningly beautiful gardens and grounds. Room for two people wasn't a bad size. You had to pay for the air con but as we had a heatwave when we went we didn't mind!.
Our room had a side sea view. The walk to the beach was about 5 mins and 10-15 mins to all of the shops and restaurants.
One of the nicest places we ate was The Olive Tree, great food and good prices. Kalamaki is a lovely area. If you want to see the turtles head to lagana which is about a 5-10 min cab ride or you can get a bus. For 10 Euro's a person you can book on a boat trip which lasts around one hour. The captain we had said he would stay out until we saw a turtle and about an hour and 15 mins later the most gorgeous one appeared he came really close to the boat so we got some great pictures. The beach isn't the greatest in the world but was still nice. As the loggerhead turtles nest here they are not allowed to rake over the beach like other resorts it is still very pretty just more of a natural looking beach.
The actual hotel was one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was rated as a three star and was not at all basic as you would expect in Greece. It was really homely.
We never had a problem in getting a sunbed and you could go down at 10.30 and get one.
The breakfast was simple but more than enough to set you up on your stay. Our party made lots of friends during our stay as there are only 50 rooms you do tend to meet more people than staying in a larger hotel.
Having always stayed in larger hotels I think it is now time to book smaller ones from now on like the Louros Beach. Now the planes..... yes they do fly fairly close to the hotel but they stop flying at 10.30ish and resume again at 6ish due to the nesting of the loggerhead turtles. They really are a novelty you have double glazing anyway so you can hardly hear them but we would purposely sit on our balcony watching the odd one come in.
All the eateries in Kalamaki were reasonably priced. Book this hotel I promise you will not be disappointed. We were gutted to have to leave !

Hotel was excellent and pool was fab, couldn't fault it in any way. On site beauty spa was lovely and would recommend the massage. Would definitely go back. Wasn't very great for children as there was no children's pool but that's the only bad thing!
Room for 5 was ok but a little tight for clothes space
but spotless clean.
Didn't bother was breakfast as I didn't get on with the warm milk.
