Well having stayed in the same hotel,every year in laganus,thought wed all have a change.So we booked two weeks here.Intially we were all over the moon with the place,how wrong!Rude staff at all times,non helpful and to be honest it was quite embarrasing!i felt i had to write this and truly,im not one to complain,in all honesty if they change the staff,the place is adourable!is postcard perfect.just avoid asking for anything.

The Hotel consists of two blocks we were in the new block which we were very grateful for as the old one looked a bit worse for wear!
The apartment itself was very clean, maid service every day it wasnt the biggest apartment I have ever stayed in (the bathroom especially was tiny) but it was fine.
The pool bar was quite nice. Were were not very impressed by the size of the pool or amount of sunbeds around but its not a problem as the beach is so close anyway.
Loved Laganas and we are planning to return soon but I think we will try another hotel this time.
