Outside pool area and grounds are lovely, kept beautifully clean, the apartments themselves are another story, very dated, the walls are dirty, a kettle and 2 ring hob are the only cooking facilities, although we always eat out it would have been nice to have a toaster to do breakfast. The bathroom was so tiny, with a ill fitting shower curtain that flooded every time you had a shower, toilet didn't flush properly!
The beds were awful really uncomfortable with old threadbare bedding, We have paid al ot less for a lot more!

Hotel tip: The only good thing to say is the location which is excellent, 2 mins from beach and 5 mins from strip, blue sea restaurant is fabulous food excellent

The rooms were clean and so was the hotel overall. We did not eat in the hotel but the food looked OK. We like to try the local restaurants. The location was very good, except that you had to walk down a very dimly lit road to get to the beach and bars there. It was only a 2 minute walk so it was not a problem, but I susppose that is Greek Islands. The apartments are not situated on a main road. However just a couple of minutes walk takes you into the main part of the resort where all the nightlife was, or lack of it in our case. All the PR staff were talking about how dead the clubs were. I can imagine it buzzizng in July/August though. Staff at the apartments were very helpful and friendly. Sometimes reception was unmanned and you had to wait a couple of minutes for someone to come along.

my travel originally booked us into a club 18-30 style clubbers holiday via its website despite giving the ages of two children... on arriving at the 18-30 apartments the rep organised an alternative place at the sunshine apts although did offer for us to stay put.
we dedcided to move and the sunshine was fab... superb location 5 mins from the beach and the strip.
air con available at a local charge which i think worked out about
