We stayed in the bungalow on the pool side, we had a brilliant time and thought the hotel was really good. The food i believe has improved over the years, and we had no complaints.
The only thing we didnt like was the greek weddings that took place around the pool, which went on till about 4am, the music was blearing out of speakers from about 10pm. There was 2 greek weddings whilst we were there (2 weeks holiday) We asked to be moved - which they did for us for the night, but it was still so loud we could hear it a block away. The greek weddings are not suppose to happen very often but i felt it was very unfair for guests to not be able to sleep when they were on. I think they get lots of complaints about this.

We were part of 100 staying in the resort for a wedding and can highly recommend the hotel.
We had a lovely cool room on the ground floor, with towels changed and room cleaned every day.
The wedding was held in the hotel and was excellent, with the afters down in the beach bar. The service was excellent and food good.
Overall the food was average for a hotel buffet but better the earlier you went. Because the resort had so many great restaurants and so cheap we mostly ate out.
All the staff were very friendly and willing to help out.
The location of the hotel on the beach is perfect and would be happy to return.

The good - fantastic location overlooking the bay. Lovely evenings watching the sun go down.
Pool was never too busy.
Poolbar, dining room and beach bar were all in one place upper floor, middle floor and lower floor/beach away from the main hotel which was a nice idea.
Maids came in daily and seemed to be cleaning constantly. Lovely staff.
The bad - very basic room (Greek standards I know but for the price I expected better) my room was on the lower floor so very dark, never got any sun, looked out onto a tree with no view, towel stayed wet all week as I had no sun on the balcony to dry it. Hairdryer advertised in the rooms so I didn't bring one, but the one in my room was hanging off the wall with tape around the live wires so unuseable.
The AC unit was stuffed with tissue as when you switched it on it banged against the wall.
Noisiest room I have ever stayed in. The maids all congregated outside on the courtyard laughing and shouting from 6am. One night I had to go outside at 5am as 2 people were sat on the step outside my room smoking and laughing and even with ear plugs in they woke me up and my room was smoky. The noise echoes down the corridor and the bar is above the rooms and the sound of tables and chairs being dragged around from 6am was my early morning call. Then the stairs next to my balcony which was the main route down to the pool/dining etc. I couldn't sit out on my balcony as it was far too communal. Then the service road in front.... I asked to be moved but the only room they had free allegedly was one of the bungalows with a nice view of the WC's by the pool.
Food - luke warm, sitting in oil, bland, tasteless, I paid HB but only ate there twice.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, the views overlooking the ocean are really beautiful. The beach attatched to this hotel is extremely clean and well maintained by two brothers who are always there to help.
Food was fair but the evening meals were nearly always the same, lacked variation and as Tsilivi is abundant with fresh fruit shacks this hotel did not offer fresh fruit as much as they should. I was desperate to try the famous Backlava for desert but each evening there was only melon or icecream. Mind you, nearer the end of the holiday a few more desserts started to appear but they sometimes had similar at the buffet breakfast.
Rooms are kept in pristine condition by the cheerful maids and yes I would visit this hotel again.

We booked this holiday at the last minute and were not disappointed. We had a fantastic room (2 room suite!)With a double balcony overlooking the sea. The view is magnificent.
The staff are very helpful.
The hotel is at the top of a hill on the outskirts of Tsivili. 5 mins to restaurants, bars etc, then 20-30 mins walk to main Tsivili centre.
Hotel has several good sandy beaches around it and the sea is shallow and very blue.
My only negative is the food. I appreciate half board in Greece is not common, however if it is offered then they should deliver. Breakfast was ok for us ladies on diets but the men were hungry. Evening meal was "ok" one or two nights but little choice and bland others and a distinct lack of choice of desert - watermelon or cake every night!! Having said that, go, it

Superb location, lots of space.
Last group of the year, so little entertainment.
Staff helpful and cheerful. Cooking - breakfast ham, cheese, bread, crispy bread, cornflakes, grapefruit juice, occasional sausage, bacon egg etc, boiled egg, delicious yoghourt and fruit, coffee tea etc taken overlooking the sea. Honey on tap!
Beach bar serving low priced snacks etc, pool bar and main bar.
Rooms with balcony, views, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning etc.
Evening meal always with at least half Greek dishes consistently excellently cooked, buffet choice in big gracious dining room.
My best relaxing holiday ever!
