Stayed here for Xmas and New Year. Hotel needs major overhaul. First room we were allocated was grubby, bathroom door would not close properly and wardrobe, if you can call it that,was smelly. After complaining to rep we were moved next day. This room was better but overlooked the pool and was very noisy. Management seemed to have no control over guests drinking and shouting round the pool until 3-4 in the morning.
Restaurant needed a good clean up, table cloths at breakfast still dirty from night before and crockery was usually chipped or cracked. Here on bed and breakfast but stopped eating here after a few days.
This was our third time in Goa and this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed at. Shame really as proximity to restaurants and beach was great.
