This is our third visit to this hotel. It is very basic ,but lets not forget it is India. The best rooms to stay in are the rooms over looking paddy field which we request when booking. The staff are friendly and lads that clean room are excellent.
Ate at the hotel a couple of times and would recommend the King Fish sizzlers. live entertainment most nights.
The location of this hotel is ideal for the beach, shops, ect.

We found the hotel very run down.
Our room was very shabby. We also had termites in the woodwork; not a problem till you hear them. Sheets grey and stained.
Also should mention there are two parts to this hotel. depending on which tour operator you use.
Staff did their best. Most nights there was entertainment whch was okay. Swimming pool was fine.
Whole place needs a lick of paint.

It is a fairly big complex which is about 5 mins walk from the beach and 30 secs walk from the main drag through Baga.
The room as I remember it was basic, 2 beds (rock hard mattresses and pillows as everywhere in Goa), 2 large wardrobes, small dressing table,2 bedside tables, sink, fridge and a ceiling fan. The room was kept clean and towels and sheets were changed on a daily basis.
The breakfast was dire, coffee you can stand a spoon up in, rock hard cold toast, however we always ate breakfast on the beach at the shacks so it wasn't a problem. I didn't eat any other meals in the complex so can not comment on evening meals.
I am a 'twitcher' and we requested a top floor room (4 floors I think) over looking the marshes which we got and was fantastic. Hot water was not a problem and the water pressure was adequate.
I would stay here again if the price was right.

The hotel was in a great location close to all amenties the staff were really helpful and friendly at all times.
The rooms were basic but clean. The views from the pool area were fabulous due to the amount of wildlife to be seen (mongoose, snakes, exotic birds.)overall the holiday was fantastic.
