The room was the cleanest and most modern we have stayed in and we have been 8 times, the bathroom is immaculate and was kept very clean. We stayed for 3 weeks and negotiated a price of Rs1500/night which was worth every penny. The receptionist are friendly and try to help with any request, the hotel has a driver who will take you anywhere at a very reasonable price and is so helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is mainly catered for Indians but the staff will cook fresh eggs and toast, tea and coffee if you ask. In our room we had separate bathrooom. wardrobe with a electronic safe, fridge, kettle and cups, settee and coffee table, flat screen tv with loads of channels incl movies. The bar wasnt stocked but they made sure they'd got whatever we'd asked for next day, and the pool table was free !! Drawbacks - As the hotel caters for Indians the pool is small but we had no problems getting a bed as they dont tend sunbath like us brits but when they get in the pool they do make some noise and at 8a.m. its not funny !! We tried to order food when we were round the pool but that didnt happen so we had to walk down 2 flights of stairs and order from the kitchen, they dont tend to do snacks and it took forever to come. The hotel is just off the main candolim/calangute road opposite Nizmar just up from sportsman - lacoste shop, away from the calangue noise but too near the road as the horns start at 7 - 8 - 9 etc take ear plugs if your a light sleeper. As we are going for 4 weeks next year i asked if they did 2 bedrooms as there wasnt too much space but they are all 1 beds so i think for 4 weeks there's not enough space so its back to the highland for us not a patch on Nitya for both hotel and staff but lots more room. Would def recommend for 2 weeks.

rooms come in 2 categories, super deluxe and deluxe.i negotiated a price of 2000 rupees per night for the super deluxe room, the room is immaculatley kept by the boys (cleaners)the deluxe rooms are very similar, only difference i found were the super deluxe were quite a bit bigger and with a jaccuzi bath in!!!!both rooms have samsung lcd decent size tvs mounted on the wall.also in our room (super deluxe)we had a 2 seater setee (very comfortable.both rooms have safes ,electronic in rooms, and of course both rooms are air conditioned.they also have a kettle 2 cups, and are replenished each day )coffee, tea, milk)oh forgot one more thing thi swimming pool is upstairs on the 2nd level, its very small, but one thing i realised was with it mainly based for the indian market most of the indians are not sunbathers ,overall the 2 weeks wee were there we only had a couple of instances where some indian tourists came round the pool, but after half hour or so they got bored and left, they were all couples as well so not rowdy.the lads were brilliant, right through the hotelroomboys, waiters, cooks manager everyone, its my tenth time in goa and by far the best hotel ive ever stayed in in goa and i would only stay there if i go back.
