Four new rooms above the Octopus bar and restaurant. A/C & non A/C. Each with new fridge, safe, en suite wet room, TV and balcony. Clean and very secure. Keenly priced and only two minutes from the beach with a ten minute walk into town. This is a family run guest house with very friendly and helpful hosts Agusto and his wife Rosita. January 2015 will be my third long stay visit at Octopus guest house which is situated in Maddo Vaddo ward. A ten minute walk west of the main taxi rank.

Hotel tip: Try Peters Restaurant,the first beach shack on the left as you reach the beach from the Octopus Guest House.Also, eat where the locals eat at Punjabi Dhaba in the town opp. taxi rank
