Booked into Horizon View on the 26th November to be put into 2 double rooms, when 1 should have been a family room. The room they gave us, they had put a single bed next to the double bed, my grandson is 16 years old, on telling them this they phoned the manager and he said the other people were staying in the family room, on that reply I told him I would be putting a report on your hotel review site. The manager could not have cared what we did. I would not recommend this place to anyone, also it was not very clean.

After booking online with the manager, when we got there he put 3 of us in a double room, when we should have been in a family room as booked. Some other people were in our room and wouldn't budge so we moved out and booked into the Casa Sea Shells and it was brilliant.
The landing outside our room hadn't been cleaned, there were damp patches in the bathroom and the tiles were not clean either.
In my opinion this hotel has gone down fast to say its fairly new they aren't looking after it.
The Staff that we dealt with because the manager was supposed to be in Panjim shopping were really good it wasn't their fault their manager hadn't got the nerve to face us.

Cant fault this place for anything. Ideal location for us as.Situated at the top of Whispering palms road.Large bright rooms with a fair sized comfortable bed. Yes i did say comfortable ! Wet room with shower, toilet and sink. Modern A/C unit that i had to turn up or off on the odd occasionas it was so cold ! There is also a fridge and a flat screen tv.We had a room that looked onto the street which i prefer but there was rooms that looked onto a lovely pool.Internet and telephone were avilable for a small charge and a free safety deposit box.Staff very helpfull.There isa smallkitchen that does breakfast and snacks.
The rate for my room was 1500rps but i managed to get a small discount of 250rps.This is the first time in the 4 visits to Goa that the wife has been totally happy with our room.So much so that she says if i promise to go back to the Horizon she says to get the flights booked asap.
