Location
Breakfast is not so good the bread is awful but a minor hitch.
Location is slightly away from things but not that bad.
The Hotel staff are great and as long as you don't spoil them they stay on their toes . We made the mistake of over tipping and they became so lazy, but we learnt.
The entertainment is ok and its great the bar stays open for a drink and not close at 11pm for those in bed.

As usual we had a fantastic time, the rooms are really clean and we found the food had improved a lot during this holiday, although it is more expensive than the resort restaurants (this seems to be typical of all Goa hotels).
Hotel is located on the Panjim Road, about 10 mins walk to the beach or Rs50 in a taxi. Location (off the main drag) means that you get the best of both worlds.
Staff were fantastic, this hotel tends to keep its staff year after year which is indicative of its management.
Tony (Restaurant Manager) looked after us superbly (as usual) and the bar staff...Salu and Savesh are two of the friendliest and efficient barmen you could meet. Cosmi, Mohan, Arun, Selwyn and the rest of the waiters could not do enough for you.
Even the reception staff(Geoffrey and his team) couldn't be faulted.
It has to be mentioned that we found that this hotel is one of very few in Goa where you can get a late drink, so it does get busy after 11pm...we enjoy a drink so this was a bonus to us.
Entertainment is regular and quite low key (mainly bands and the occasional Cultural Dance evening) and Raul (hotel owner) does his best to include all the guests in his welcome!!!
If you like a pretty lively hotel with friendly, welcoming staff (we have found that a large percentage of guests return year after year) then you will love it.

This hotel was very clean and the house boys were excellent, clean sheets and towels nearly every day, the breakfast was good for goan standards.
On the downside this hotel is described as quiet and relaxing, which it was not, loud amplified music and drunk holidaymakers most days until 2-3am !!!
I would not return to the Parezeres mainly due to the noise and "butlins" style feel to the place and the fact that its a bit of a concrete jungle, not much green areas just blocks of apartments

The pool was clean and the resteraunt was amazing, the food was good and edible.
The entertainment was fantastic, new shows every night.
A very good hotel, I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The best hotel I've ever stayed at.

We actually stayed in a privately owned apartment (apartment IF5) just above the restaurant, which was great! there were 2 spacious double bedrooms, fully equipped with A/C and ceiling fan, the Apartment also consisted of a lounge, small kitchenette and a bathroom all with very nice European decor and furnishings, and there was a large shared balcony (with the apartment next door which can be adjoined)with hanging chairs - a great place to relax with a Fenny and limca!
Inclusive in the price was a laundry service and apartment cleaning (twice a week)and we had the opportunity to use all the hotels amenities (pool, restaurant, bar etc)
As many other visitors to this resort have commented, the loud entertainment can be somewhat annoying, however since my first visit to these apartments in 2003, the owners have put up double glazing to help reduce the noise! (this is also a godsend if you cant sleep in the heat as it helps keep the cold air in and the hot air out!)
I am returning again in April, and Id recommend this resort to anybody, and you can find details of the apartments at www.lazaway-goa.co.uk and numerous other sites such as villa-vacations.com.

The room was basic, clean and tidy but on the small size.
Breakfast was poor, you had to make your own toast and coffee.
Had an occasional drink but did not eat in hotel.
The location is on the outskirts of Candolim on the Panjim road and between 15 and 20 minutes walk to beach, 30 minutes to end of beach road.
The general air of the place was it has seen better days and could do with a revamp. I think we paid 1400 rupees a night.
We have stayed at highland beach (Similar package prices but much better) and Casa Sea Shell (food much better room about the same but 900 rupees a night).

The entertainment is the same year after year so it is off for me.
The food needs a great deal of improvement, breakfast is not so good.
Overall the hotel is very good value and I like the place whatever the minor faults.
If the Heads would listen to the 'real Guests' and change they will be in the tops. But it is Goa and short term thinking is the Norm.
I have been a few times and will go back. Devoid of women there! Wonder why, lot of moaners from the UK but some fun I have had. Best wishes Barry Boy. XX for Debbie.

The hotel was very clean and tidy but some of the rooms could do with a lick of paint.
The food was excellent but drinks were relatively expensive especially Smirnoff.
The staff were very friendly and would do anything they could within their power to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
This hotel is not on the "man drag" but on the road to Panjim. It is a 5 - 10 minute walk to the beach depending on how hot it was. The advantage of this is that you get absolutely no traffic noise when in the hotel complex.
The entertainment was fairly good and got better as the Honey Bee brandy went down. I would definitely return to this hotel and I am, in fact doing so in March of next year.
There is a very good restaurant/ bar opposite called Johnny's Corner.

We were allocated a room at the rear of the hotel which was nice but I asked to be moved to a room with a pool veiw which the management did for us wiyhout any problems.
We had the best holiday we have had in Goa so far and am returning this november to the same hotel, the staff were fantastic and the rooms kept very clean.
Good spot with hardly any traffic noise.
The rooms overlooking the pool could be noisy late at night, we didn't mind this but for some people it my be best to stay at the rear of the pool area for a quieter spot. Looking forward to november.
