We are regular visitors to Goa and never stay in the tourist bit, much prefer the quiet North. We heard of this place via my in laws, it is a small complex situated just off Morjim Beach near to Temb Vaddo.
The rooms in the main block are clean and fulfill all requirements, although we had to ask for extra mattresses as ones in room are very thin. They sleep up to 4 in 2 rooms and the bathroom/shower is clean and decent size. It also has 6 small bungalow type buildings in the ground only really suitable for 2. Prices vary from 1200 rup. per room per night no matter how many guests to 2000rup for the lovely beach hut, the owner Rahul is building another 19 of these near the beach.
There is also a small pool which is ideal for cooling off in at the end of the day. The restaurant is typically Goa'n and Martin brought us breakfast every morning on the dot at 8.
But the plus side is the location, about 100yds off the best beach in Goa, Morjim, no sellers only a couple of good shacks (Morjim Beach Shack in particular) and loads of unspoilt beach. We had dolphins every day swimming in the waves and a very cool breeze hits the beach every afternoon.
Not 5 star but if you want to be away from the tourists try this place.
