This place should not be called a hotel, it is more a back packers hostel, we had booked a superior room, and upon reaching the hotel it looks nothing like the photos of the hotel that are shown on the booking site, it is also located in one of the poorest areas of Mumbai, every time the door of the hotel was opened it was besieged by beggars. The taxi drivers were no help, when we tried getting away in a taxi, there were beggars, on the bonnet, roof, and bumpers of the car.
The hotel was filthy dirty, we were shown 4 rooms and in each room the beds were stained with urine, the en-suite toilets, had never been cleaned there were faeces all over the bowl. there were actually carpets on the floors, but these were stinking dirty, the whole place smelt of a urinal. It was one o'clock in the morning when we reached there although we had paid for 5 nights, we knew we wouldn't get any where else until the morning, so we decided to stay the one night. At 4 am the doors were kicked open by the police, shouting and screaming, they demanded to see our passports, and then they demanded money we gave them 10 pounds to get rid of them, when we saw the hotel manager, he just shrugged his shoulders and told us that this happened all the time. We moved out the same day, although we could not get any money back.
This is a place to avoid and I will definitely not go there again.
