Great hotel, great location, food OK, reception staff should learn to SMILE and deal with guests a lot quicker.All other staff were excelent. Had to pay 47 Euro`s to have A.C. on in room and could not control it from room as it was all done by computer at reception, when I asked to lower the temp. ( which was set at 19 degrees which to me is realy high ) I was told NO.

Bisesti Hotel was lovely, fantastic location about two minutes walk from lake, great views.
Maid services was second to none, beds changed every day, clean towels every day.
Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful when needed.
Not much entertainment in hotel but this does not matter as Garda centre is 5 minutes walk away, a trip to nearby Bordelino is a must, takes about 35 minutes to walk there, but worth it for a change.
Excellent holiday would definately go there again.
