I will start with the positives:
*All staff friendly even if they cannot speak much English which were the majority.
*Pool excellent and Life Guard friendly with good English
*Paid for the next level up of room and this was cleaned daily, clean towels etc. It didn't bother us but we did not have wardrobe doors!
* We got back a week before LowCostHolidays went bust but other site descriptions of this hotel are also misleading.
Negatives:
*On a main road, so no path and not safe to walk. No access to walk anywhere else.
*Shuttle bus charges Euro 8 return to get to either the beach or the resort centre. Last trip back is at 23:00hrs! Don't miss it, no taxi's on a Monday (so we heard). Had to ring as it didn't turn up one day and other people we heard did not get picked up as they were full for first trip and didn't come back for them.
*Buffet Menu, means 'pretty food on a plate'! This is NOT a normal help yourself buffet. We went with the flow but I personally only ate 55% of the food and my husband had to fill up on bread! Choice of 3 Apetizers, 3 First Course, 3 Second Course plus Desert. Dinner was a challenge every night.
*Breakfast is buffet but boring, same every day. Only hot food was Scrambled Egg, very thin streaky bacon and little hot dog sausauges. Cold meat, Fruit, Yogurts and Bread.
*Some sites advertise Wellbeing and Fitness area.....This does NOT exist, unless you take the Tennis Court as the fitness area and this has seen better days.
*English visitors were the minority, Sardinia is definitely the island for Italians to holiday. But the staff did make us welcome, especially in the restaurant and the pool bar.
*Anything you wish to purchase at the Hotel is very expensive. e.g. 75l of water Euro 3, Vodka & Orange joice Euro 8, Toasted ham and cheese sandwich Euro 5. Buy water in the resort and bring back. 6 large bottles is only Euro 2.2.
