To begin with out two drivers were drinking to excess on Christmas day before driving on boxing day on an extra excursion to Verona which they charged £20 each for.
Also they were selling Beer and wine on the coach travelling and while it was parked on the hotel car park. One of the drivers (Not Mark) was sat picking his nose and then putting his fingers in his mouth whilst not driving, disgusting habit. There was no help getting your cases off the coach they couldn't wait to get off the coach to spoke at all the stops.
The food at the hotel on Christmas day was disgusting. One piece of Turkey with one potato, a burnt veg. burger and one potato for the vegetarians. After lunch the hotel staff closed the bar, turned off the heating and lighting in the reception area where we usually sat chatting. I spent the afternoon in my bedroom!
Thank goodness when we arrived at our change over coach park on the way back my driver was really helpful and looked after us. I have already written a letter to you, which l'm told hasn't been received so l was told to email, that's why this is so late. I cant believe you are running this holiday again this Christmas.
