We booked there 3 nights. We pain additionally to have private bathroom and nicer room. After we arrived in the evening the receptionist told us that our room is given to someone else because they were not sure whether we will arrive.
Looks like paying for this day changed nothing for them even that we stayed only a few hours of the day we fully paid. Which kind of place GIVES BOOKED ROOM to someone else, cause they are too greedy and hope to earn as much as possible. What if they didn't have one empty room, we would stay in the late evening without an accommodation in the city we don't know?
They never offered us anything in return- neither APOLOGIES, discount, additional day or at least free breakfast ( which costs there 3-5 euros). Nothing. And the bathroom... It was total tragedy!
Everything rusty, dirty,broken and moldy. I can upload only one picture but I hope you can ( or actually can't) imagine the rest.
We were really afraid to shower there.
The worst thing is that it's located in the city center and the price is good and people simply don't know what is waiting for them. Of course pictures look really nice in the internet.
