I had read on some reviews on other sites that the hotel was difficult to find, this is not the case! We found the hotel 5min walk from the water bus stop and checked in.
The staff can seem quite rude but this just seems to be italian mentality (they are very short and to the point). We were told where are room was and found it to be clean, but very small. I had specified for a double bed but found that it was 2 single beds pushed together. I returned to reception and was shown to another room (this was also 2 beds pushed together but with double bedding on them). The room was supposed to be superior but I'm not sure that it was?
The next morning we went for breakfast(which was complimentery) which was very nice, lots of choice i.e cerial,cousants,tea,coffee, fruit juice's.
If you want to eat cheaply leave the hotel go to the water front so that you are facing the main island turn right and walk along till you find a takeaway pizza place, it's about
