arrived at hotel after a 4 day safari.kept waiting for ages for our room as although our rep booklet left behind reception had correct date or arrival we had been booked in four days earlier. This hotel we found out catered more for the business market and bars and pool room were taken over by conferences.advertised with 5 bars, all open during the day but the first night we found out all but 1 shut down at 8pm.The only bar to be left open was harrys bar and was always open to locals with numerous karaoke nights or they just played the 1 cd containing 12 songs.bar only open to over 18s so if you have kids you will be in your hotel room by 9 with nothing to do.you can go out but although food and drink is cheap you have to have a taxi to take you, wait and bring you back which proved expensive.you cant go out by yourself as too dangerous.the restaurant looked like a BHS cafeteria and forget actually getting a drink with your self service buffet as the staff were so slow.hotel is immaculate, rooms very luxurious, food great but holiday makers are made to feel like 2nd class citizens as their attentions are on the numerous conferences and weddings there.lift was always out of order.you will always need to ask reception something from contacting reps ,calling taxis etc but expect to wait for ages.not a hotel for families or disabled.nice hotel but wouldnt return as so boring and serice annoying.
