We had stayed here two years ago on our way back from Australia, this time we spent a couple of nights both going to and coming from Australia.
It has a superb location in the heart of the KLCC district. It’s a five to ten minutes taxi from Central Station, the terminus for the express link from the airport. It’s a five minute walk to the Petronas Towers (we had a marvellous view of them from our window). Next to the hotel is one of the Monorail stations a couple of stops takes you to shopping malls and five stops away is Chinatown and Petaling St. Market.
We found the check in speedy and the staff pleasant, the rooms were a good size and certainly the one we used, recently upgraded. The breakfasts were excellent; we even managed one before our departure at 06.30 am. There’s a pleasant pool on the second floor where we chilled out, and an excellent business centre, where I checked in online for our flights and printed our boarding passes.
All in all an excellent choice of hotel for a stopover stay, or for a few days sightseeing.
We will definitely use it again on our next stopover.

Hiya stayed in the Concorde with my 17 year old daughter. We stayed for 8 nights after coming back from Penang. On our way home we wanted to celebrate New Year in KL. To be honest we made a bad move staying at this hotel!!
From booking in and opening the room door the strong damp smell hit you which was the carpets as though there had been a flood. The bathroom was very small with just an overhead shower in the bath and a toilet next to it. The drain on the floor smelt terrible we had to keep a folded towel over it as the smell came in. The room outside the bathroom is a little alcove with 2 sinks and a hair dryer the you couldn't use as the element went white hot when you switched it on and 1 sink wouldn't empty. The beds were clean and when you went for breakfast on returning to your room it was always cleaned. Our room had brilliant view of Petronas towers.
When we went for brekki we had to wait 15 minuets to get a table and you were told where to sit as a table came free. The food was ok plenty of choice.
We got the impression the staff looked down there nose at you when you complained about anything
To be honest it was a big mistake booking here but we made the most of it.
