Libaran Island lodge is situated of the east coast of borneo, a tiny island inhabited by around 100 villagers - featuring around 20 lodges.
The lodges are set back from the beach, relatively well appointed with an air con unit, shower etc. Complimentary bottled drinking water.
The beach is lovely, very paradise like with a few loungers spaced out. when we were there we were literally the only couple staying overnight so we had the enture island to ourselves (obviosuly apart from the villagers).
The villagers/workers are very friendly, on one night they even caught a fresh lobster for us and cooked it in a local style -
