Food in buffet restaurants is pre cooked ,allowed to cool and then re heated with a heat lamp.a huge NO especially with chicken or fish
Fruit covered in flies no cloche
Or cling film ,Room maintenance in bathroom poor ,red paint smears,grout missing, sealant smeared on marble surround in shower giving impression of dirt.
Blood stained pillow case unchanged. Issues took6-7 days to address/change, ast manager Samuel admitted that he hadn't taken it seriously, we have low immune system and needed hygiene standards to be good

This hotel is a beautiful luxury hotel, the food in the main citronelle restaurant, where the half board meals were taken was amazing.
This hotel is perfect for couples, families, honeymoons, weddings etc.
The setting is beautiful - I would highly recommend it.
The junior suites are also worth the money to upgrade.
You have to experience it!
