the hotel,is a really big resort,which is divided into 3 sections,the akumal,the tulum & the coba.the akumal & the tulum,are beachfront,with the coba,being set back,although this is the newest section.we satyed in the tulum section,but there are little motorised trains,if you like,to get round the complex & they are really frequent.
the hotel is absolutely spotless & the public areas,are quite grand,especially the 3 lobbys.the grounds are kept imaculate & you get to see plenty of iguanas,roaming about,which my grandaughter loved!
the food was great,in the buffets,as there was plenty of choice for everyone.if i had a gripe,i would say,i would prefer the food to be hotter.
they have about 13 a la carte restaurants,which you can choose 3 per week.
we loved being right on the beach,as you had the choice of the pools,or the beach,within metres of each other.
the staff,were all very polite & nothing was too much trouble.if they seen you walking,they would pull over & ask you if you wanted a lift.
they have a different show on each night,but obviously,they are repeated the 2nd week.the michael jackson show,was espacially good.
i would recommend,this hotel,to anyone,as it is so big,you never get bored.

2hrs from cancun this is a big big complex made up of 3 diffrent parts we stayed in coba. The rooms were big and loverly clean maid,s in everyday.
Its great for everyone ages babys to older yrs ,theres somthing for everyone. You must use the golf buggys to get a round the complex and to the beach as it'is that big. Once you get your barrings you will be fine.
Foods fantasic lots of choice for everyone even to small children. We had a birthday in our company so a few days before we told the lady at the desk in reception and she sent a email to one of the place we were going to eat that night and a lovely birthday cake was brought to our table nice suprise for our friend.
