This was an amazing hotel, the rooms were very spacious with huge beds and even a Jacuzzi in the room. The balcony was fab with a comfy sofa and table not the usual plastic furniture. Amazing choice and quality of food with polite and extremely helpful waiters.

We went over for a wedding with my 80 year old mum and they went out of their way to help her. All of the facilities are exceptional from our room down to the pool side. The entertainment is fabulous with great attentive staff which are a credit to this hotel.

This is the most amazing place that we have ever stayed in.

What a fantastic hotel with beautiful, happy ,smiling ,people The hotel and gardens where spotless clean. The beach lots nicer than we expected.

The food was really good loved le chique, we tried all the restaurants enjoyed them all.

Rooms excellent very roomy with good amenities. We had no children with us but found the hotel was very child friendly would recommend to families. Bars were fabulous never needed to ask for a drink they just brought them to us .

The staff were very hard working, happy, pleasant, people. We also got to stay for a weekend at El Dorado Royale this was also a beautiful place but we preferred Sensatori we felt the staff at the Sensatori were so happy at work that they helped to make our holiday a very memorable one .

We will go back to the Sensatori.

Just back from Azul Sensatori Hotel, Mexico and have to say that this Hotel is one of the best I have stayed in.

We had picked Sensatori for our Honeymoon and picked One of the Swim up Suites within the Adults Only area, excellent. Decor and facilities superb.

Hotel finished to very high standard and everywhere you looked the staff where busy keeping it like that. Maids round 2-3 times per day to ensure you had clean towels and your room was satisfactory.

The Restaurants On-site are superb. Le Chic will blow your mind and would cost a fortune if you went to a similair one in the UK.(Be open minded and try)

The Staff at the Sensatori are very friendly and will go out their way to ensure that you are enjoying yourself. Tips are appreciated but are not expected.

The Entertainment at night was good when outside Performers came in. The resident performs questionable.

All in All I would Highly rate this Hotel and will be booking again.

Well I booked this after a recommondation from a friend who had visited the crete sensatori. As usual (this is our 12th holiday booked with thomsons)the worst thing about the holiday from start to finish was the holiday company... In the U.K this is a TUI exclusive hotel (though we now no you can book direct.)we found at the booking stage it was cheaper to book the thomsons package through thomas cook than with thomsons, when i took this up with thomsons in their shop the attitude was we don't care because we get your booking anywhere !!.
Even though we live in suffolk we found it to be about

I have just returned from Sensatori Resort, Riviera Maya, Mexico and I have one thing to say about it all. Fantastic!!! The resort the local people who work there, the food. i really couldnt fault any of it.

If I had to gripe about anything it would be the Thompson representative. I feel he is too young to cast any clout on problems. I dont mean hotel problems, if you had any hotel problems the concierges would sort them out. A couple of honeymooners didnt get what they had paid for on arrival and the Thompson rep couldnt sort it out there and then so these couples had to pay again for the extras and re-claim on their return to the UK. A bit of a let down on their honeymoon but the hotel staff went out of their way to help when they heard about it.

Anyway back to the hotel. the Junior suites are fabulous. We had two double beds and a jacuzzi bath in our room as well as a lovely walk in shower and seperate toilet. Sheets and towels were changed daily and the mini bar was filled up when required. Note: The beer cans are the same colour as the cola cans so you might think you only have cola. Take a closer look.

The staff here are really friendly, everyone says good morning to you and they are not doing it expecting anything from you. They know you are paying their wages by being there and they really appreciate it.

The pools were very well kept, the pool beds are brilliant and the day beds were a must for the mid day sun. It was nice that there was an adult only area to relax in.

The hotel even have a service where they will look after your children if say yuo wanted to go to le Chique for a quiet romantic meal or for a couple of drinks on your own.

The food varies and i tried everything apart from le Chique but that was only due to time restriction as we were only there for a week. i cant say i had a bad meal and the best of it is you can go to one of the restaurants and try the dishes and if you dont like what you get then pop into Spoon to fill you up as they cater for all needs. Another Note: if you are only wanting a sandwich at lunchtime check out the last serving area next to the kitchen un Spoon. They have hot roast beef and it looks and smells delicious. i didnt find it until the last day.

Something to remember that the rep doesnt tell you. Toilet papaer is tissue in Mexico so when you see the sign "Put your tissue in the bin provided" it really means toilet paper.

For anyone who doesnt think this is 5 Star hotel all I can say is you must never have seen one because this is 5 star and beyond.

For anyone who is booked and havent been yet I think you will enjoy the experience very much. I know we did
