Just a short note to say this hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed in!!!!!!! Could fault NOTHING! Me and my husband were celebrating our 1st Wedding anniversary and were given a lovely room in block 15 overlooking the pool. This is the cleanest place I have stayed, the staff work really hard cleaning the PATHS, tending to the gardens, the room was decorated every day with petals and towel art. I would definately recommend this hotel, the food, hotel entertainment, drinks include major brands such as smirnoff, Johnny Walker red label and many others were all excellent. The beach was also spotless and you honestly did not have to move from your sunbed as a member of staff always came round even on the beach to see if you required a drink. This was complete paradise.!!!!!!!!!!! Will definately go back.

We have had two amazing holidays at the Iberostar Paraiso in Oct 02 and Oct 03 and are going back again in Oct 04.
We can only go for 7 nights at this time of year and despite the 11-hour flight, the hotel is so great we keep going back.
Our first impressions of the hotel in 2002 was that it was paradise ... and this impression lasted the whole week we were there. The hotel is somewhat isolated but there are so many activities at the hotel we have spent a week there without leaving the hotel!
The grounds and pools are spacious and have to be seen to be believed. The rooms are large, well decorated and extremely clean.
The food is excellent also - breakfasts have such an amazing range to choose from. Evening buffet meals are very good and our favourite of the 6 speciality restaurants (3 for 7 nights, 5 for 14 nights) was the open-air Tropical. The Mexican and Japanese were also very good.
We go here without our children but the Kids Club activities look very good and well organised. The beach is a short walk through the beautiful grounds and is clean and well maintained.
I really can't think of any negatives about this hotel other than possibly to avoid using the telephone in your room to call the UK .. this works out at about
