Superb hotel we had a superb room right on the front with a superb sea view.
The food was good the only complaint with it being it was roughly the same choice every evening but they were always happy to make a pizza to order. The breakfasts were lovely with fresh doughnuts evey morning!
The pool area was lovely but the pool was freezing (maybe it warms up as the year goes on)
The staff were friendly and Moez the rep is a star. I was recuperating from an operation and SAID the entertaiment manager was always concerned about me, asking about me every time he saw me and offering help.
Would definitly return.

The hotel was very clean. The pool area was very well laid out, with good disabled access. Rooms cleaned to a very high standard with attention to detail (Never had my nightdress folded in so many different ways).
Food selection was good with something for everybody although due to the fact that few British have visited this hotel it was more geared towards German and Scandinavian cuisine.
Hotel was in a lovely position set on the beach with most rooms having a partial sea/pool view. It was lovely to wake up in the morning to see the horses and camels on the beach. The area was still being developed which was quite intimidating as the Berbers were there waiting as you left the hotel to offer to be your guide as it was quite a walk to get to the areas that were already developed.
The hotel staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you, especially the maids who cleaned everything including the walls and railings on the balconies. There was entertainment every night provided mainly by the hotel staff. This ranged from Belly Dancing lessons/aqua-aerobics/volleyball/water polo etc during the day to various shows covering a range of themes in the evening.
