This hotel is an oasis of calm in the bustling city of Marrakech.
Beautiful gardens & pool area to relax in.
Breakfast buffet was very good with both cold & limited number of hot dishes. Lovely freshly made galettes & pancakes while you wait....highly recommended!!( as is the superb freshly squeezed orange juice!) Other items such as fried/boiled eggs are available at a supplement.
The public areas of the hotel are beautiful & tastefully decorated in a Moorish style. Rooms are a good size and have AC, minibar, Satellite TV hairdrier, balcony or terrace.
Bathrooms are a little tired & could do with a refit, but maid service kept everythng spotless.
Meals in hotel were adequate, and a bit pricey for not very imaginative food, but OK for those night when you don't want to venture too far. The moroccan restaurant in the hotel offers a lovely environment with live musicians & a few dances by a belly dancer!
Staff were helpful, entertainment was very low key just a couple on keyboard & electric violin as background to dining, but I'm not a fan of hotel entertainment as it's usually very tacky.
Overall a very relaxing place to return to and a lovely place to soak up the rays!
