We enjoyed our stay at the Tikida Gardens very much, the gardens are stunning, the rooms very clean and spacious ours was at the rear and overlooked desert and palm trees, it was stunning.
The pool area was very pretty and there were plenty of loungers but the pool was absolutely freezing, hence it was nearly always empty.
The buffet food was so so, could have been better but edible and there was a reasonable choice, the waiters were quite slow to refill your coffee cup at breakfast and there were a few flies around in the dining room.
All in all it was quite a good hotel and the reception staff would always ring you a taxi to get to the main square which took approx 10 mins.
