Booked via Expedia website. Was promised a deluxe room with a balcony, air conditioning, minibar and a view of the garden. On arrival the room offered did not have a balcony or air conditioning. The minibar was empty and the view of the garden was only visible when standing on a chair as the small window was placed very high.
I refused the room, as it wasn't what I had booked. The staff were unable to refund and were also unable to contact the owner of the hotel. To date both the hotel owner and Expedia continue to refuse to refund.
