The Hotel Eden is in an excellent location to enjoy the delights of the city.
The staff that we met were friendly and helpful. They appeared to be genuine in the efforts to make your stay there enjoyable.
The rooms were basic, cleaned very day. Bedding was well washed and pleasant to sleep in. At the rear of the hotel is the doorway to a nightclub that opens late in the evening. It is noisy but the double glazing keeps most of this out.
The breakfast area was well populated and the self service food enjoyable. The bar area is comfortable and a nice place to sit to enjoy the fairly priced drinks.
When I visit Amsterdam again I will definitely consider using this hotel.
