The stay was ok but about 2 weeks after we came back from the holiday, we received credit card bills from the hotel. As far as we know, we didn't use any extra services the hotel provides that were not included in our package holiday.
I wrote a letter to the hotel asking for a invoice on the things that they are charging us for but our holiday was in July, now its Sept already. I still haven't heard from them. I really hope if they see this review they will get back to me as soon as they can!
