As soon as we walked in to the reception we were delighted at our choice. Everywhere was spotless.We did not eat in the hotel as we had room only.
We were upgraded to a superior room no extra and without requesting it. We were thrilled. our room was huge and gorgeous. 2We had 2 4ft beds. The bathroom had 2 wash basins a shower and bath and all the shampoos and face clothes etc. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room.
There was a towelling robe and slippers for the ladies, they even put a sweet by the bed with a liitle message.Central heating on 24/7 and you could adjust it to whatever heat you wanted.
The location was perfect 10 minutes from dam square 10 mins to leids square, and easy for everywhere, but very peaceful at night.The staff were fantastic couldn't do enough for you.
The hotel did not have entertainment. I have never been in such an efficiently run hotel. Even down to luggage being left in the storage rooms, this is tagged and we are given a copy. I would stay here again without a doubt.
