Having paid extra 440 euros for a premium room we were very disappointed room itself looked old and grubby. I did squash a few bugs which bled(probably my)blood. We stayed for three nights and as we had already paid checking out was not an option.
You can't get much sleep as the hotel is right next to a church which rings it's bells every 15 Min's day and night. Also in the price was supposed to be free tea and coffee but these were not topped at all.
If you want to watch anything good on TV it will cost an extra 10 euros per day.
There must be nicer hotels than this for the price.

We booked two twin rooms to stay at the hotel Terminus.
After a couple of emails from them offering cheaper rates we agreed to stay in a quad room.
Upon arrival the hotel reception looked nice and considering the cheap price we had paid we were all quite pleased.
One of the group had been out the previous night before flying so went straight to bed for a daytime sleep. The Quad room was in the basement and was of very good size with two bathrooms.
By early evening the member of our group that had slept in the bed during the day had loads of weeping yellow and red lumps on his head and face.
A closer inspection of the hotel room and beds revealed it was jumping with fleas.
The room was absolutely crawling and not inhabitable.
We complained to reception but recieved little cooperation. Asking 'You have left the window open?'
and offering to spray the beds with fly spray that was immediately available from reception.
After persisting with our arguments for nearly an hour the lad on reception began phoning an off duty manager and eventually we were re-housed in a travel lodge style hotel about 15 miles away.
Wouldn't stay at the Terminus or reccomend it.
Shame really as it looked quite nice and was in a good area.

The location was great if looking out of your window at local drug dealers is your idea of entertainment. Infact the location was so close to the red light discrict we considered putting the female members of the party into the window in their underwear to raise some extra cash.
The surrounding bars and cafes were cool. Quite mellow, but after a couple of hours, we managed to locate the smallest man in the world carrying a 2 year olds bicycle.
The thought of buying porn is now risky as if you leave it in a sweet shop the locals will open your discreet packaging and embarass the hell out of you.
The hotel is great for couples but if travelling in three's beware of the mosquito's on the ground floor triple room. Although the staff were happy to move us to the scary attic.
All in all a great hotel for a trip to Amsterdam absolutly perfect. Would definately recommend this hotel.
A memorable time.
