We went here for the second year running as we found this hotel in good position; 5 minutes walk to the strip and a 4 euro taxi ride to the old town, also 5 minutes to the beach.
The hotel is spotless the staff always pleasant and helpful, the rooms are spotless but not overly big. The maid came in every day.
The downside is when you are staying on half board, the breakfast is not bad at all but what we got on the first we had on the 10th day with no variation to the hot breakfast also things were never warm and did not help with cold plates.
The evening meals was terrible the choice for the main meal was 1 meat dish 1 fish dish 1 vegetarian dish, the vegetables was either barely cooked or cremated and once again never warm even the soup was only luke warm. As for the sweets the fresh fruit was good but the rest of the sweets was the same only camouflaged to look a bit different never saw any ice cream in the 10 days we were there.
I would recommend to stay at this hotel but not go half board, but bed and breakfast at the most, this is a 4 star hotel and the food should be better than a 2 star.

Hotel looks nice in brochures but up close it is a bit shabby and threadbare. Rooms ok clean enough but pillows just lumpy bundles. Breakfast was usual sausage beans jams cereal etc., toast machine, tea, coffee machine usual queues not enough space between table and machine so nearly got roasted alive on occasions. Food a disgrace one meat one fish one veg all normally cold or Luke warm never enough and always had to wait for it to be replenished. This does not always happen and you’re left with no meal just chips or veg as they often have nothing left. Dessert is a joke usual small sponge cakes with different coloured creams or icing, chocolate fountain is an oil burner with a candle to melt the chocolate and biggest gripe was nothing is covered and the fruit especially is swarming with FLIES. We stayed HALF BOARD wish we had went room only. No entertainment and drinks expensive. WOULD RECCOMEND IF ROOM ONLY BASIS
