We visited just as the season was starting so the hotel didn't appear to be that busy. When we got to our room it was at the back of the hotel overlooking a car park and wastelands! When we did ask about moving they said it would be an extra 57 euro for the week even though most of the rooms overlooking the pool looked free! We probably would have paid it had we not already unpacked.
On the whole the rooms, bar and pool area were very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was fine although we didnt try the restaurant in the evening as we had heard a few bad things about the quality of the food.
Found the hotel staff friendly and generally the hotel itself is quite nice, I think the resort itself lets it down badly and because of that would not return.

We chose B&B as we wanted to eat out at night or chiose the buffet option at hotel if we wished. The hotel is very nice, but I would give it a 3+star rating as opposed to its 4 stars.
Some of the hotel looks jaded. The grounds are immaculatly kept and the sunloungers and mattresses are hosed down daily. (beware before sitting on them or you could be soaked before even getting into the pool.
Breakfast was continental or hot food if required. Eggs, bacon beans tomatoes, various breads and rolls, cheeses and cold meats, cereals and choices of fruit juices, teas and coffees. Evenings were buffet style.
